Delivery: Delivery is FAST & FREE to UK Mainland postal codes. Upon receiving your order details, we will forward your details onto the independent courier company. The couriers will then contact you to advise on delivery and they will provide you with tracking information.

All deliveries will be made to the main communal door of the building or the front door of the home. The couriers will NOT be held responsible for taking any items any further unless agreed otherwise.

Please note this is an all-day delivery service between 8am - 6pm (Monday - Friday) to the door only. We cannot allocate delivery dates or times. Please ensure that you leave your correct address on checkout to avoid delay in delivery.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Once your items have been delivered, please inspect for any damages BEFORE signing for anything. If there happens to be any missing parts or damaged parts, please write this down on the delivery note or report via eBay within 24 hours.

Returns policy: Please contact us within 48 HOURS after the delivery of your items to report any damaged or missing items. Returns are accepted 30 days from the day of delivery.

Items must be returned flat packed, in the original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was delivered. This must be unassembled and with no attempts at being built.

Damaged Goods: in the unlikely event that you receive damaged items, please contact us within 48 HOURS of delivery. An inspection with images will be necessary for proof of damage. If the inspection shows that the item was damaged during delivery then replacement parts can then be processed within the next working days, or a refund can be requested, which can take up to 3-5 working days. If we find that the items were damaged during assembly then a refund cannot be issued but you can contact us and replacement parts can be provided, depending on the circumstances.

IT IS THE BUYERS REPONSIBILITY TO REPORT ANY MISSING ITEMS OR DAMAGES TO THE PRODUCTS.

1.      Do you provide assembly service?

Currently, we do not provide assembly service. However, our items do come with an easy-to-follow instruction guide which comes with pictures.

2.      Can I change my contact or delivery information?

We do recommend that you have the correct delivery information set before ordering any items from us and do provide us with an up-to-date mobile phone number. In the case that you do need to change this information after the order, then please contact us as soon as possible and we will get this changed for you.

3.      Can I track my order?

Yes, we do provide tracking for our orders. If you provide us with an email address in the order notes, then our couriers can contact you with your delivery information as soon as your delivery has been planned. If you haven’t received any email, then reach out to us and we can provide this for you.

4.      My order hasn’t arrived on the expected date, can I get an update?

Most of our orders are delivered within the estimated time however there can be some factors which affect the delivery time. If this is the case, then contact our team via eBay messages. They will contact the couriers for you and be able to provide with an update on your order.
