Most  items are shipped via Royal Mail – 2nd Class delivery.
Additional services are not available
Under  normal circumstances items will be dispatched within one working day of payment  being received and cleared.

If you would like to cancel an order please contact us asap as we are not able to  cancel an order once it has been despatched (normally within one working day)

Returns:

 

If  you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason you can simply  return it to us within 14 days for a full refund. Products returned must be in  the condition you received them and in the original packaging (If any).
The  buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
Once  your item is received and inspected we will refund your full payment within 2-4  working days.
