If a item which is being delivered by couriers is late, please contact us if it is more than a day late and we will follow it up for you. We do upload all courier tracking numbers to order details.

 Cancellations & Returns:

 Orders can be returned by prior arrangement only, for a full refund less postage, unless otherwise stated. Where we have made a mistake, or the item is faulty, we can pay the return postage.
Faulty items MUST be returned within 14 days. After this time, we cannot offer any guarantee. We reserve the right to cancel any orders, for any reason, including if we suspect fraudulent activity.
