Will fit 97-03 and 04 Heritage F150's that use the single button overhead computer.  NOTE; this will only work with a model that has a Compass ONLY.  Most were Compass AND Thermometer. Make 100% sure this is what you need before bidding. Compass only overhead trucks were equipped with a digital dash heater control and the outside temperature was displayed at the heater controls.
