Antique 18th century original....Antique Swedish late 18th century salon table or desk of the Gustavian era. Rare to find such a wonderful table of the period. The top is solid carved mahogany with raised moulding to avoid precious porcelain and silver slipping off the edges.
Below this top is a full length drawer with ormoly handles featuring the cartouche with the head of Gustav III
Raised on tapering carved and fluted legs in solid mahogany and with gorgeous roundels all carved from the one piece.
