7 1/2 inch long, 1 3/4 to 2 inch wide.
Base is white pearl cotton, Crocheted in a wavy pattern, it has black edging at the top and a red and black lace ruffle on the bottom. Embellished with plastic buttons in red and black, some have giltter to them, some are vintage and recycled.
Comfortable to wear. Has button and loop closure.
