Warranty & Return |
- All sales are final ( Unless manufacture defect): . Due to U.S. Health Regulations, there are no refunds or exchanges unless manufacturers defects. If you receive a wrong or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a refund of your high bid (Shipping & Handling is non-refundable) after you have returned the product.
- Please email us BEFORE you send your return to receive an RMA number from us. Once an RMA has been granted, be sure to include a description of the problem and the ebay item number with the return package
- Please make sure your measurements before bidding
- Return claims must be received within 10 days of receipt.
- Buyer are responsible to send product back to us for replacement.( which is very rare) We are not liable for lost package you send back to us.
- Please allow 1 weeks to exchange/credit the returned merchandise. If the item is Manufacture defective, we will replace it at no cost to the buyer. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
