You never know what you may find! Here we have a great poster reminiscent of a bygone, and less politically correct, era when carnivals and fairs featured popular exhibits of human or animal curiosity commonly referred to as freak shows. This poster was created from a banner of one such side show attraction, "Ruth The Acrobat" who was obviously a "fat lady" contortionist. The original artwork was created by Millard & Bulsterbaum of Coney Island, N.Y. which was a prominent manufacturer of such banners back in the day. Algernon Millard and John Bulsterbaum were noted for their liberal use of orange paint which immediately drew the patrons attention. Our posters are shipped in sturdy mailing tubes, fully insured!
