you are buying a new custom solid brass TRUSS ROD cover that will likely fit all guitars. It is UNPOLISHED and 1/16" (.063) thick. Shape and finish or leave as is. these can be imperfect and require some evening out with a file. a builder can do this pretty quick. If you expect a #1 then please buy the polished piece. The edges and the surface are smooth and free of any scratching. The length from the screw center to the bottom is under 2 1/8".
