Vintage Dayton's Navy Blue Cellophane Straw Wide Brim Church Hat

Daytons was a department store chain in Minneapolis, Mn. founded in 1902. In 1969 they merged with Hudsons. Dayton's was the parent company of Target stores. In 2001 the department store division was sold to May Company and all Dayton's became Macy's.

This is a beautiful example of the elegant hats of the 80's.

Beautiful rich navy blue cellophane straw with a fine sheen.

Crown is 6 inches tall. Brim measures 4 inches wide.

The hat band is Navy Blue grogain ribbon

Hat is in very good vintage condition. Light shaping is in order. Hat is very clean
