When space or budgets are a problem and you need to use specialist equipment, this mini printing press is the perfect solution

Ideal for the individual user or small groups beginning to learn the principles of printmaking, it gives a surprisingly good print impression for its size

It has an adjustable roller and comes with a felt blanket

Will give good results when relief printing (e.g. with lino or similar) and with softer etching plates (e.g. dry point card or similar) and collagraphs but the mini roller does not have the weight to take crisp prints from metal plates

Ensure that the roller has been lowered evenly on both sides to enable the plate to have even contact to produce the best print results, use a spirit level if necessary

For plates thicker than 1mm , its important to lay master offcuts either side or lower the roller down onto the starting edge of the plate

Plate bed area is 410mm long x 250mm wide so its perfect for 270mm x 200mm prints

Supplied with two G-Clamps (ink not included)

Clamp the press securely to your work surface before using it.

It should be noted that this printing press is NOT gear-driven, it relies on friction alone
