All tubes have been tested using only the best tube testers. We have a large fleet of tube testers, and every single one of them has been calibrated within the last year by industry experts. We mainly use the Hickok TV-7D/U, but occasionally we may use a Hickok 539, 533A, or 600A.

Shipping

Combined Shipping Policy:

We combine shipping but with a few caveats. With free shipping, we cannot combine shipping. If you use eBay incorrectly, we can only combine shipping manually and ONLY if you notify us. To correctly combine shipments you must either use the add to cart feature or request total from seller feature. If you create multiple transactions or use checkout multiple times and over-pay for shipping, we will not automatically refund you. If this happens it is fully on you to let us know that you were overcharged and we will manually refund you less the fees we were charged on the over-payment.

Domestic & International buyers can choose USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail.

USPS First Class Mail is our default shipping method. Other options available only by request.

 

Rates:

For Domestic (USA) buyers shipping for the first tube, pair, or quad will cost $4.99 + $1.00 for each additional tube, pair, or quad.

For International buyers, shipping for the first tube, pair, or quad will cost $9.99 + $2.00 for each additional tube, pair, or quad.

 

Typical transit times:

Domestic USPS First Class Mail: 3-5 Days, includes tracking.

Domestic USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 Days, includes tracking.

International USPS First Class Mail: 3-6 weeks but up to 3 months! - NO TRACKING.

International USPS Priority Mail: 6-10 Days - Includes Tracking.

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - READ

 

ALL international orders will be shipped by USPS First Class Mail International by default, which is the cheapest method at . This shipping service is very cost-effective, but you will not be able to track your package. It usually takes 3-6 weeks for a First Class Mail International package to arrive, but can take UP TO 3 MONTHS FOR DELIVERY.

We guarantee all of our shipments, but we do ask that our customers wait 3 months before we grant a full refund due to a lost package. We have shipped thousands of items internationally using First Class Mail and while we have had plenty take months to arrive, we have almost zero packages ever go missing.
DEPENDING ON YOUR COUNTRY'S POLICIES, YOU MAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPORT TAXES WHEN ORDERING OVERSEAS FROM US. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TAXES, DUTIES, OR CUSTOMS FEES. WE WILL NOT FALSIFY THE VALUE OF AN ITEM TO AVOID CUSTOMS TAXES. DOING SO IS ILLEGAL AND CAN RESULT IN SEIZURE OF YOUR ITEM.

All of our tubes are 100% guaranteed to arrive as described, test as described, and sound as they should unless otherwise noted in the description. We even guarantee our tubes to arrive without having any sound-quality issues like microphonics or noise. You may return the item for any of these reasons up to 30 days after receipt and we pay for the return shipping. We do not accept returns for buyers remorse or in the even that you ordered the wrong item, please be sure before placing your order.
 
Please NOTE - WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FROM CUSTOMERS WHO DECIDE THEY DON'T LIKE THE SUBJECTIVE "SOUND" OF A TUBE. Tube rolling is a lot of fun, but we cannot predict if you will think a tube is too "thin, bass heavy, etc" - everyone likes something different.
Any returned tube must test within 10% of the original value. Any larger variation would indicate many hours of use or abuse and voids our guarantee.

VIVA TUBES is your source for vintage vacuum tubes. Located in the Brickyard Mill Building in Easthampton, MA. We carry everything from high-end audio tubes to HAM tubes. We also have a variety of vintage electronic parts as well as audio equipment and more! We have a vast inventory of thousands and thousands of tubes.

What started as a hobby several years ago to fund my obsession with tube audio, VIVA TUBES has quickly grown into a full time business. We have been expanding at a rapid rate and are one of the largest retail tube dealers on the East Coast;  just two years into the business.
