An excellent reference for collectors, dealers and scholars of this important but sadly short-lived 20th century industrial designer, featuring a richly illustrated tour through many of his designs and design projects. It also includes a complete catalogue of his works -
Colombo died in 1971 on his 41st birthday. Essays by Favata and Fagone examine his place in the context of European design and his complex personality.

Condition: Excellent used condition, with minimal signs of use. Inside it is mint with no inscriptions. The covers have faint shelf wear / fading. Not ex-library. Scarce.

Payment and Postage

Paypal is accepted and I do not add a surcharge to cover their fees. UK buyers only may also pay by cheque or postal order. If it's a cheque, please allow 7 to 10 days for it to clear. In exceptional circumstances it may be possible for overseas customers to pay by another means such as bank transfer, but this is by prior arrangement only.

All buyers please make contact within 3 days of auction. Payment is required within 7 days.

I regret that it has become necessary to only offer tracked forms of postage for high value items. This is because of the increasing number of instances of attempted fraud and I'm acting on unequivocal advice that I have received from Paypal/eBay. Please be assured that the postage options shown are calculated at cost, with a minimal handling fee for larger items to cover packaging materials. I pack to a professional standard; please see my feedback page for customer testimonies. If you have any questions about any of this please contact me.

Non-payment

All non-paying bidders are, without exception, reported to eBay. This is not for the sake of being vindictive, but because eBay charges retrospective fees calculated on the actual sale price of items and this money needs to be retrieved. It's hard enough to make ends meet on here as it is! Thank you for your understanding. Please refer to eBay's policy on non-payment for more information, including its ramifications for the bidder.

Condition of items

Please note that, unless clearly stated otherwise, my listings are for vintage/antique items and therefore, by definition, are not going to be in the same condition you would expect from a brand new item. Please be assured that I always endeavour to offer the most accurate description possible of the item's condition and take multiple illustrative photographs.

Vintage electrical items

Unless clearly stated otherwise in the description, vintage electrical items are sold in their original condition so should be safety checked by an electrician before use.

Returns

Returns are possible, if reported within 7 days and by prior arrangement, if a mistake has been made in the listing and the item is not as described, but for no other reason. I'm afraid that straightforward buyer's remorse does not qualify.

Thanks very much for taking the time to read this. If there is anything I haven't covered please don't hesitate to contact me.

Best of luck bidding!
