I send by regular mail at YOUR risk or on request by recorded delivery at MY risk. I will of course do my very best to find your item, but I do NOT give a refund if you do not receive your item(s) when sent by regular mail. If you do not wish to take this risk, you can ask me to send by recorded delivery (at your cost), or you do not buy from me. WHEN YOU BUY FROM ME, YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT THIS TERM WITHOUT ANY LIMITATIONS. As you see, I have good feedback, so I really send your itemsJ, and luckily 99.999% really do arrive.

If you want your purchases sent by registered/recorded mail, please count on 10 euros/15 US$ extra costs (our Post charges a lot PLUS I have to drive 15 km’s to the post office). Any items which cost over 80 Euros/100 US$ are always sent registered, then the extra costs are paid by me. This includes combined purchases that add up to €80/$100 or more. If you buy more than one item within 3 days, I combine items into one shipment, for which the shipping costs are those of the item with the highest shipping cost plus a small surcharge for every additional item.

DELIVERY: I normally mail within 1-2 working days after payment. We have no Post Office in our village so we cannot mail every day.

GUARANTEE: Items may be returned within 7 days after reception, if the description does not match the item. Any damages etc which are visible on the photos, are part of the description so please view the photos thoroughly before bidding! Return shipping will be paid by buyer and no refund will be done for the charged shipping cost. On items (lots/collections) containing more than 15 individual items I can not give the return right guarantee as described above. If there is something wrong, contact me to see if we can find a solution.
