I think it is made of Plaster or Chalk but hopefully you can tell by

the pictures as I'm not sure

It does look like it has markings and a date but I can't

make it out..I'm  thinking it says 195?... I tried to get

close-up for you to see

It is heavier

It has some wear and needs some cleaning as can see but

still a nice addition to that special collection

I put a soda can next to it to help you judge its size
