Special nutmeal mix - the mixture varies and can include peanuts along with the more expensive nuts such as almonds, walnuts, hazels, pinenuts, pecans, brazils and macadamias. You'll even find some whole or broken nuts here and there.
Superior quality nuts - our nuts are packed with natural oils. If you put some of the mix in a paper bag you'll see the oils showing on the paper. It is these valuable oils that help birds stay healthy all year round.
All of our bird feasts are totally handmade using only gentle heat. The treats when set remain slightly soft, easy for little beaks to peck at.
We find that there is absolutely no mess because there is no waste. Every single morsel gets eaten up.
Great for newbie birdwatchers - we regularly have people new to birdwatching who complain about selective feeding, birds picking out certain seeds. Or commercially produced food that is so hard it is left un touched. That's a shame because it puts some people off. Our tasty nutty delights are not only soft and easy to peck at but they are bursting with natures goodness and packed full of energy. Just what our little friends need when natural food becomes scarce.
