made of thick soft leather when measured from the fold of the buckle to the center hole is 28" in good pre. owned condition  from a smoke free home without measuring the buckle this measures 34" long & the holes range from about 26 to 30 inches. it is 1- 1/2" wide please take the buckle length into account when measuring for fitment by adding about 2" to the length . as seen in pictures will ship first class mail in a box
