This is a set of cards on a key ring which are designed be carried by the person with ADHD, or their carer, for them to show if they are in any difficulties. This key ring contains the essential basic information that would be required to quickly give others an understanding into the condition and for them to act accordingly, along with the emergency contact details for holder so that appropriate help and support can be accessed immediately.
Along with the space for the name of the holder and the emergency contact there is space on a separate card for any important and helpful personal information or potentially life saving information to be added. We will add these for you when you order the set. Please put the required information in the message box when you order. Any queries or difficulties please message us. If you wish to write on the cards yourself then we will leave the personal information cards blank but as they are laminated you will need a good permanent marker pen.
The cards are approximately 55mm X 85mm easily slipped into a pocket or bag, or can be worn with a lanyard round the neck under clothes.
This key ring can also be used by the family/ carer/ staff to help and support the person they are caring/ responsible for. A set can be hung in the classroom/ care setting/ or hospital for staff to quickly read and refresh their memories. These cards are designed to enable a person to get the help they need and take control of their situation, helping to deal with potential anger, meltdowns and stress and, misunderstandings.
The cards are laminated, so they can be wiped clean. The item comes packed in a re-usable pouch for safe storage when not being used.

two reminders and then an alert will be issued and negative feedback left if
there is still no payment. We will only accept PayPal, UK cheques, UK postal

bidding. Items are posted when funds have cleared - cheques take 4 business
days. Items are sent by standard 1st class post, or parcel force, or airmail.
