We only use DPD or UPS for all of our next day online orders, once dispatched your order will be delivered the next "WORKING DAY"
What happens after I've placed my order?
You will receive tracking updates as soon as your order in on it's way to you if you have provided us with your mobile phone number or e-mail address.
Do I need to sign for the delivery?
Please remember that deliveries will need to be signed for, unless you have advised otherwise when opting for your parcel to be left in a safe place. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are home or are able to collect the item from the courier’s depot or parcel shop if they were unable to reach you at home
What happens if I miss my delivery?
They will leave a ‘Sorry We Missed You’ card, they will also let you know via email and/or text message straight away so you can rearrange your delivery where ever you are so you don’t have to wait until you get home.
We want to ensure that you get your parcel as soon as possible; you will have a range of options to choose from including:
Reschedule the delivery date and request to have the parcel left in a specified safe place
Reschedule the parcel to my preferred neighbour
