Keep in mind;I am a collector at heart. I don't inspect every stamp perf by perf. I'm not as concerned about centering , cancelations,fading or the reverse condition of the stamp. AS LONG AS it has nice Eye appeal. At a small price,I'm not looking at these stamps as an INVESTMENT or a means of financial growth.They are what they are meant to be: Stamps for the FUN of collecting.
