If you would like your order to be delivered to a Parcel Locker/Parcel
Collect
please select a Parcel box/satchel or Express Post box/satchel as a
delivery method.

Return/Refund Policy
Please contact me if you have an issue with your item for a solution
- refund/repair or replacement if item is faulty.
We do not accept returns
or exchanges for earring posts,
hoops and hooks findings
for hygienic reasons.
Items must be returned by registered mail within 7 days of receipt.
in the same new condition as were sent out, including all packaging/tags
and accessories.
