I Post Royal Mail & Hermes Monday - Friday Mornings. There is no post on Bank Holidays.

For smaller items I post using 1st or 2nd Class Post through the post office, for larger items and items of value postage will be through Hermes tracked.

Hermes collection from my local drop off point is 11am - any orders received after this time will be sent the following working day.

The Free Postage option is for UK mainland only - please contact me before purchasing for additional postage costs or select the Royal Mail postage options at the checkout for Scottish Islands and other UK offshore Islands , thank you.

For your reassurance I offer a ‘No Quibble' returns policy.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase then a full refund excluding postage costs will be offered.

I only ask that you (The buyer) contact me within 5 days of purchasing the item and return the item within 14 days of purchase in it's original, unworn/unused/Sealed condition with all original packaging & tags (if applicable) intact. (allowance will always be given for Bank Holidays). NO refund will be issued if the item is returned 30 days or more after purchase. Items returned damaged will be reported to Ebay and the cost to repair/replace will be passed on to the buyer. By placing an order you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Please Note: Nail Polishes, Make-up, Creams/Lotions etc are exempt from Refunds or Exchanges due to hygiene reasons, unless the item is found to be faulty.

Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage, as it will be required as proof should the parcel go missing.
