Stonefly nymph – black-bead head rubber legs – 12 flies – sizes = 6, 8, 10, 12.
You receive; as pictured – 3 each of sizes 6, 8, 10, 12.
The Stone-fly nymph is a great river nymph year round. Represents the immature stone fly nymph. This fly is an excellent attractor with the rubber legs, which drive fish to the fly. The bead head allows the fly to get down to the river bottom and can also attract fish. Stones represent a large meal for fish. They tend to emerge in the spring.
Fished with a dry line allows the fly to move more freely in the current. Most Fishers tend to fish the Stone with a sinking line of some sort in order to get to the river bottom.
