• Tracking notification is included with all of our shipments.
• We do not ship to PO Boxes.  Please input a street address so that your transaction can be completed.
• Please select the correct shipping address before confirming your Pay pal purchase. As per eBay, Pay pal, and UPS, we are only authorized to ship to the address listed on your Pay pal invoice; unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address after purchase has been completed.
• Use the eBay drop down shipping rate menu to apply accurate shipping cost.
• Items are professionally packed and shipped in strong outer boxes to ensure safe arrival.
• US free shipping rates apply only to the contiguous 48 states.  We do not ship to PO Boxes, HI, AK, or the US Territories.  If your transaction incurs a shipping surcharge, you will receive a Pay pal request for the shipping surcharge; please pay this promptly so that we can ship your item to you quickly.  Shipping surcharges which are unpaid after 2 notices will result in our cancelling your order and refunding your Pay pal account less a 15% restocking fee.

RETURNPOLICY

We guarantee the item you purchase is the item we describe. In the event of refund due to sellers’ fault (if we ship a wrong item), full purchase price will be refunded with the shipping cost. For all other returns can only ask for an exchange, no money back.

You have 3 days from the receipt of your purchase to report any discrepancies.

All returns must be authorized and an RMA has to be issued.

Please check the compatibility of the item you are buying. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check the compatibility before payment. If you are not sure please contact us. Items returned for incompatibility will be subject to return with shipping at buyer's expense and 15%restocking fee.

Fora non-working item buyer can only ask for an exchange. Items must be returned in original packaging or similar packing.

If you receive any item damaged in transit, please notify us immediately. Original packaging must be intact.
