We offer free delivery on all of the items in our eBay store, we aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and weekend orders are dispatched on Monday. If your order contains more than one item, we will attempt to combine your items into one parcel if possible.
At the courier’s discretion, they may leave an item in a safe place or with a neighbour if nobody is present to accept the delivery. In these circumstances the delivery company should put a delivery note card through your letter box to explain where they have left your item. If you have specific details of a suitable safe place or an approved neighbour please contact our customer service team via eBay messages as soon as possible so that we can inform the delivery company of your requirements.

The most economical way to return unwanted items is to use My Hermes Courier Service. My Hermes offers a collection and return for from £3.60 dependent on size and weight of item. The on-line form is quick and easy and you can print off a label at home with convenient home collection offered.
If you use the My Hermes service you will be supplied with a 16 digit tracking number, please send us an eBay message advising that the item has been returned, this will allow us to process your return more quickly and accurately. Once the 16 digit number is received and confirmed, we will process your refund or re-ship your replacement immediately.
