I have used these in my office for years now and I can honestly say that they are the most efficient and quiet of all of the models I've had. Following previous purchases of mini desk "tower" fans and cheap plastic models, I was happy with them, until I realised that they don't come anywhere close to the airflow and quiet performance of these metal-bodied desk fans.
