While these are called a River Short they will work for all water sports. They are quick dry with a 3D nylon shell that reduces chafing. There is soft microfiber at the waist for added comfort. There are two zippered, mesh-lined side pockets to secure items. The fabric also protects from UV rays.
What really stands out for me with these are the zip pockets. So many board shorts have tiny little pockets that become pretty useless.
There is no annoying liner inside either, which is nice in my opinion. These also look really good!
