Fastening & Packaging: It is critical that the Ear-Wrap can be formed to fit the ear properly, as no two ears are alike in size or shape. Alchemy's Ear-wraps are made of English Pewter which is perfect for gently bending into shape. Please note that this item may not be suitable for smaller than average sized ears, and repeated over-bending over time may cause the metal to fracture.

Alchemy England pewter products are each handmade from the finest quality English Pewter, which, like silver, may naturally tarnish dependent upon the conditions to which it is subjected. This may easily be polished to a brilliant, high lustre, 'antiqued' patina finish with 'Silvo' polishing wad, (in an emergency, tooth powder or similar can be used). Please do not put pewter in a hot, salty dishwasher, which might seriously corrode the surface.

All clothing and footwear items need to be returned unworn, undamaged in its original plastic/box packaging and in a condition fit for resale.
All ornamental items need to be returned in its original box with all polystyrene packaging intact and in a state fit for resale (Unless the item arrives to you damaged and you have stated this is the reason for return). All other items need to be returned unused, undamaged and in original cellophane packaging in a resale-able condition.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of earrings or underwear once they have been tried on or worn.
