Our store policy is to ship your order as soon as possible.
Sometimes the orders delays, this is not ours fault but it dependes from the Post Services and the Customs Service of your Countries and this is usually the case at Christmas and Easter from the workload of the above Services.
The customer is responsible for giving us the correct shipping information (Address,Post Code and Country) because when an order is unclaimed due to wrong address or no one authorized recipient was not available, the parcel it comes back to us.
The customer is obliged to must pay the new Post fees for the new again deliver of order or to return a product to us.
To the total value of your order who you pay is and the shipping cost, the value of the product is lower than the total payment. Should the parcel return to us and you like to make refund your moneys, we return only the value of the product and not the value of shipping.
