Return, Exchange & Refund:
All items are individually inspected before being packed & dispatched, to ensure items are sent out in perfect condition. In an unlikely event, if you receive your item faulty, damaged or defective. Please email us within 48 hours of receipt. Please include photo of the fault or defect along with the description of the problem. We will send you replacement item (Subject to item is available in stock, If not we will refund the full amount).
In
the event of you change your mind and don’t like the item after you have
received. We are happy to accept return and send you replacement item from our
Ebay shop. However in that case buyer is responsible of making sure that we receive
the item back in unused condition and its original packing. Buyer is
responsible for return P&P. In Case, Buyer decides to go ahead with refund
request and wants to request refund, we are happy to accept refund. However if
the item is not faulty and buyer is returning the item simply because they
didn't like the “Colour, Design, Pattern, Print, Size, Etc…”. Buyer is
responsible for two way (Returning the original and P&P for replacement
item) Postage and Packing.

means, you agree to all above conditions.
Please mind that, if you want to return an item without our fault, you will need to cover postage costs both ways, even if a postage is "free" it means that it is included in a price and a cost of it will be deducted from a refund. Please contact us to ask about a postage price for a particular item before sending it back.
