From Miss Lepel, "Katie",  white cotton hipster shorts with a band of white elastic floral lace edging the front of the leg sides, the lace is attached with a wavy edge and also has a wavy edge against the skin.  There is one white cotton panel at the front which continues over the gusset to the back of the gusset where there is a seam.  There are also seams at each hip side where the two back panels join the front, the back has a central vertical seam so that these shorts fit well.  

The waist band is edged inside with a narrow band of white elastic, secured with a double row of white stitches, this has a satin edge which gives a soft line against the skin and pays reference to the shine at the floral lace at the front.   The leg sides at the back are turned under and secured with a double row of stitching.  The gusset is lined with white cotton.

The composition of the fabric is: 62%Cotton 33%Polyester 5%Elasthane and these shorts may be machine or hand washed at 40 degrees;  no iron, dry cleaning, tumble drying or bleach. New and unused.  The retail price was £10.00   These have a matching bra, listed separately.
