This is a new in box Funko Pop! Animation Wacky Racer Sergeant Blast from Hanna Barbera. It is a Funko Shop shared exclusive from San Diego Comic Con. I see no issues with the box. It has been kept in the back room of a smoking house so may have been effected by the smell. I will ship in a soft protector.
