To exchange the spinning center plate, simply push through the hole in the back of the belt to take the plate out and replace it with another one.

Includes a magnet that will hold the plate in the correct position when it is done spinning. Plates are made of plastic. Also includes two non-removable side plates. Comes packed in plastic packaging.
