Items are in used condition.Thermos is for hot or cold stuff. It is the small version at 4.5 inches tall. The ESB book is from the scholastic brand with some pics of the movie in the middle. It just shows some minor wear around the book with no marks throughout the book. Please see pics to confirm. Great for collecting or using!
