These machines were made with twoTWO different key TYPES.

As per the (Second Picture) your key and clip TYPE can be determined by inspecting the metal catch holding the bottom LEFT of the scissor clip.

Insert a non-abrasive tool under the bottom edge of any Alphabet key and lift the keycap until you can see the vertical metal tab securing the clip.

TYPE 1 keyboards have a closed circle loop and TYPE 2 keyboards have an open hook.
