- Free Returns within 30 days from the date of purchase apply to eligible orders, if received wrong item according to order, damage or defective (must provide picture through eBay messages).
- If accidentally purchases the wrong case, the buyer is responsible for return shipping
- All returned products should be in the original packaging with no missing content.
- Returned products that are not in original packaging or are missing content are subject to minimum 20% restocking fee.
- The refund process may take up to 1 ~ 2 weeks after item has been received.
- Geekion is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments for returning packages.
- Refused, Unclaimed and Return packages due to Wrong/Incomplete address or shipped with Return to Sender option will have a 20% restocking fee

** Bundle Returns/Refunds: To receive a refund, you must return all items within the bundle. Whatever discounted bundled items are not returned, will convert into a full price purchase and the order will be refunded accordingly.
