Estate sale find and I believe all items are included.  I did see backing, clock arms and the battery and thread it also has framing loop.  All items appear intact and complete set.  Some of the ones I get are over 20 years old and some do not have the thread but this one does.  I will always describe what I see as clearly as possible.
