This is an original pochoir (highly refined technique of making fine limited editions of stencil prints, often called hand coloring, or hand illustration) created by hand via the Pellerin family in France

Measures approx. 22" x 16"


In 1796, Jean Charles Pellerin set up the “Imagerie d’Epinal” In France. Printed on Arches paper, pochoir (hand painted using templates) woodcuts of military subjects, Napoleonic history, storybook and folk characters, as well as flyers for businesses and political parties, alphabet literature and other educational materials, riddles, illustrated songs, and paper cutouts were widely distributed throughout the 19th century.

Print will be shipped flat, not rolled


Illinois residents will be charged 10% sales taxes.


Please be aware that standard and media rates  take significantly longer delivery times. All rates will vary depending on your proximity to my location.


Returns are accepted only if item does not match description. I will not accept returns if buyer changed his mind or realized that he does not need the item. Customer has to file a claim to post office if item was insured and was broken during shipping.


 International Buyers: I will be happy to ship item to any country of the world. You have two shipping options: if item is less than 4 lbs in weigh: First Class International or Priority Mail. First class is less expensive but it does not come with tracking number. I will not be responsible if item will be lost in shipping if you will choose First Class option. To my European or non-domestic bidders: All VAT, customs, or similar charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
