These are a set of 4 X A5 charts which allow the person using them to make choices regarding their meals. You can buy them on their own as a pack of four, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snack. There are 6 spaces for choices of food and drinks along with any condiments. The other option lets you buy the boards along with over 145 cards which we sell separately as our ‘Everyday General Food’ pack. 

There is also a 'supplementary' pack of over 60 cards and also a four pack of 'Supplementary Meal/Menu planners' which are Extras, Sides, Puddings and Mains, which can be used to expand your choices. They can help to plan food shopping and make life more predictable for the person. This pack will help the people using it to take more control of their lives and make self-determining decisions.

This pack is great for use at home, nursery, school, care setting, club or hospital. Think about ordering two packs and use them at other places the person needs to go regularly as consistency in identifying the triggers and behaviour is very important. 

The pack is new and all our items are home manufactured so will be unique.
