Beautiful 7-9oz brown latigo leather lined with a 5 mil. Soft fabric lined neoprene for a very comfortable and non-slip fit. The set comes with two 3" wide buckle-adjust cuffs, one 3 1/2" double spring snap and two 2 3/8" stainless steel spring snaps for attaching elsewhere. Fits 6"-11" ankle. Features highly polished stainless steel buckles and D rings.
