Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday are generally dispatched that day. Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm.
If you require your order urgently we can normally offer a faster delivery service for an additional cost.
Our 24 hour delivery service is only applicable to UK Mainland and excludes Highlands and Northern Island.
If your order contains multiple items we may dispatch them from multiple locations.
Our standard delivery process uses Royal Mail, however larger items will be sent via courier (DPD/UPS or Parcelforce).
Free UK shipping applies to UK Mainland only, Highlands and Islands may incure a surcharge
Please note that Royal Mail do not consider items missing until 14 working days after postage (21 for international deliveries)

RETURN

After receiving your order you have 60 days to return any damaged (upon receiving), unwanted or faulty products.
Before you return any goods you must contact us, as goods returned without prior notification may not be refunded.
All unwanted goods must be returned at the purchaser's expense and in its original condition, in original packaging, undamaged and unused. Returned items should be adequately packaged and returned at the purchaser's risk.
Sensory Needs Ltd will not accept responsibility for returned products until we have signed for the goods and ensured in their original condition. We therefore recommend goods are returned by recorded delivery and fully insured.
If a returned item is not in new condition or has been opened, the full purchase price will not be refunded or credited.
Provided the goods are returned in perfect condition, we will arrange a refund by the same method as the original payment, within 30 days of the return.
None of your statutory rights as a consumer are affected by our policies.
