RETURNS/REFUNDS/SHIPPING DAMAGE

If there is a problem with your purchase when you receive it, please contact me IMMEDIATELY so we can resolve it. I pride myself on offering great items with a fair price and excellent customer service.

THERE ARE NO RETURNS FOR BUYERS REMORSE.  Returns are only accepted for errors in the description. I try my best but sometimes mistakes are made. If you aren’t sure about an item...ASK LOTS OF QUESTIONS and for more photos! I will go out of my way to make sure the transaction is positive for both of us! 

If I accept your return I will issue a refund upon receipt of the item(s) provided that it’s returned with all of the original packaging including gift and jewelry boxes and is in the same condition as when it was sent. I will not refund return shipping unless there was a mistake on my part.

If your item arrives damaged or you suspect it was damaged in transit, PLEASE CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY. Save all packaging and take photos to assure I can process a quick and full refund.
