It is approximately 15" wide x 25" tall x 3" deep. It has an 8" strap drop. It rolls and a snap locks it in its rolled form when not in use. It is incredibly lightweight. It is very roomy and ideal for carrying all kinds of things. The last photo is of its black counterpart and was included in this listing to show the instructions included with it.
