This a fabulous early Martin professional tenor saxophone.  Plays really well with excellent response and tone. The horn was restored to top playing condition, chemically cleaned, polished, burnished, new pads, new ( or like new) corks and felts, and springs.   All keys and linkage professionally straightened and aligned.  All  dents are removed with minimal surface scratches and dings remaining.   There is a remnant of a dent on the bottom keel shown in one photo.

This is a special horn in that it belonged to the grandfather of one of our customers and was very carefully kept/stored with the family until now.  There is some evidence of top professional repairs during it's life.  The horn was originally purchased in 1921 when the grandfather had his own band in the Rochester Minnesota area.

The horn comes with a original case ( in good condition for its age) and an original mouthpiece.  Please allow a couple of days to double check the horn and carefully pack for shipment.  I will re-check every adjustment  and ensure sax is fully ready to play prior to mailing.
