This kit comes with everything you need to mount your Rockford Fosgate model T400x4AD or TM400x4AD amp on your Bike
WILL NOT WORK WITH OTHER MODEL AMPLIFIERS.

Amp mount has a 3M backing that allows it to mount in almost any location (flatter the better)
Amp is raised above the mount to allow for cooling all the way around the amp
