NWT- (New With Tags) Never washed or worn

NW/OT- (New Without Tags) Never worn, possibly washed

LN- (Like New) Appears new, no signs of wear, no known flaws

EUC- (Excellent Used Condition) Previously worn or washed, may have slight wear or fade, no known or visible flaws* unless noted

VGUC- (Very Good Used Condition) Previously worn and/or washed, mild to moderate wear/fade, possible superficial flaws* noted in the description

GUC/PLAY- (Good Used Condition/ Playwear) Previously worn and washed with fading, possible flaws* noted in the description

 *Flaws are noted in the description and may include spots, stains, holes, tears, fabric irregularities, or issues with buttons, zippers, snaps, etc.

RETURNS

I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. I am sorry for the possible inconvenience, but I have experienced one very bad customer that has now set the precedent for all future sales. If you are completely unhappy with an item, please contact me immediately and no more than three days upon receipt of the item. I will do my honest best to work with you. SHIPPING

I am sorry, I must now charge shipping due to increased rates. Free shipping was eating away at the already small profit earned. Due to the nature of the material(s), packing, and shipping, some items may need to be steamed. They will always arrive in clean condition. I strive to note any flaws and am sincerely appreciative of those who make purchases and leave honest reviews.

*(All items come from a smoke free and cat free home! We do have two very furry mini Aussies but they do not try on any item and I try to remove any possible stray fur.)*

FULL DISCLOSURE

Any items that have been previously washed were washed using Tyler Glam wash in Diva (smells quite nice) and all hung to dry with a quick fluff to release any stiffness and wrinkles afterwards. There has never been any indication of irritation/reaction due to using this wash. If there IS an issue, please let me know!
