Payment
All payments are made through eBay Managed Payments during checkout where you can select the payment type convenient for you.
Delivery
All items are dispatched within 1x working day of cleared payment. Orders purchased over a weekend or bank holiday will be dispatched the next working day. The tracking number (if applicable) will be confirmed on the order at the point of dispatch.
Our preferred courier is Royal Mail, but on occasions we may use other couriers such as UPS or Hermes depending on the weight and/or delivery requirements as requested by the buyer. If you require another service other than that which is stated on the item listing please let us know before purchase.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for late and/or missing items as this is the responsibility of the courier. Compensation for loss will not be considered for an item that Royal Mail has not delivered or attempted to deliver until after 10x working days from the Estimated Delivery Date, therefore, a refund will only be submitted following the Royal Mail 10x working day process.
