4) We will pay for shipping the device back to you. Turn around time is usually 3-4 days

Given the challenging delivery issues with USPS first class we will begin shipping all products USPS priority mail effective December 9th through December 31st.

We are seeing a 3-5% defect rate on these new batteries and thus we offer a free paid return in case the device you receive fails to perform to your satisfaction. So leaving negative feedback is counterproductive since you have nothing to lose but a few minutes.
