Item Description
This is a brand new set of 2 pair of Guess earrings in black metal finish with aurora color rhinestones and purple inserts. One are are triangle shaped aurora rhinestones and the other pair are in black metal with purple faux leather inserts in the center of the hoops. The hoops have the GUESS logo engraved into the sides of the hoops. The earrings are Guess style number 294585-21. The earrings are post back styles and are nickel and lead free. The style number, along with the UPC code, on the back of the GUESS card that the earrings are attached to. These are brand new, have never been worn and are attached to the GUESS card from the factory. I have several matching items from this collection listed if they have not already sold out.
Unfortunately, I have had a series of strokes and so I can’t continue to sell as much as I have in the past. I started selling in Jan 2006 and I have carried Guess from the beginning. eBay is requiring sellers to put 30 day returns on all listings whether we want to or not, or they will not relist the item when it doesn’t sell. I have always accepted returns and I will continue to accept as long as you contact me within 3 days of the items being delivered to you. Customers should know when it arrives whether it doesn’t fit or if they do not like the item. I also cover items that are defective. The item must be returned in the same condition that it was mailed in. This means with the item’s brand tag attached and with any brand packaging that the item was shipped in. All items are purchased in the United States directly from the manufacturer or an authorized department store. Items do not come with a box or any special packaging from the factory unless otherwise stated above. Customs fee are the buyer’s responsibility as I have no way to know when and if they will be charged or how much will be charged. We don’t have these fees here in the US.
The USPS increased postage rates in Spring 2022. I try to charge what it costs me to ship. I do not charge extra for shipping materials, handling fees, etc. If the difference in the actual shipping cost versus what you paid is more than $1.00, the difference will be refunded back to your account.
Full refunds & returns accepted as long buyer contacts me within 3 days of item delivery and if tags, and/or packaging are attached, intact. You don’t have to ship it within 3 days, just notify me that you want to return it. Thank you for your understanding with this matter.
Item Condition:
This item is brand new with the brand’s tag attached or it is on the card from the factory. It does not come with a factory box or any special factory packaging from the factory, unless otherwise stated in the listing description above. I do, however, keep gift boxes on hand for some items so if you are in need of a box, just me know.

eBay Condition Codes:
Note: eBay has started a new policy for sellers to have condition codes on each item that we list. There are four codes possible. The New with Tags condition code means that the item can have either or all or some of the following, tags attached, box included or original packaging. Please do not get this confused and think that every item is going have all those with the item. I always state in my listings whether an item has a box or comes in special packaging. I also state that the item has the tags, stickers, etc., attached as well. There is New without Tags that means that the item is new but does not have the brand’s tag attached to the item. It is usually because the item came in from the company without the tag attached. Sometimes the tag will be included with the item. The descriptions will state whether or not the item has the tag included and if there is any additional information about the item. The third code is New with Defects. This would be if the item is brand new but has a flaw or defect such as a scratch or a missing stone. I usually will have a close up of the defect or area with a detailed description on what the defect is. All my guarantee and money back policies apply for these items as they do for all of my brand new with tags items. The last category is for Pre-Owned. This is for items that are used and do not have the tags attached. The only time that I will have a listing in this category is if an item has been purchased and returned for any reason. I will not re-sell a used item unless it is a returned item. The majority of my items are new with tags and new without tags.

I have a 100% Money Back Guarantee on every item that I sell. If you purchase an item(s) and it damaged, doesn’t fit, etc., just contact me within 3 days of its arrival. I will give you the instructions to have it returned for a full refund, including the shipping you pay to return the item or items to back me. Be sure that all tags and stickers are still attached for refunds. So always try the item on before removing any tags, the only exception to this are the rings. Cut the plastic tag holding the ring to the card but if it is returned, please be sure to return the card as well. This guarantee also covers item authenticity and any damage that may occur.
Returns:
Please contact me if there are ANY problems with order or if you want to return it for any reason, within business 3 days of item delivery. Your satisfaction is guaranteed or your money back. It is very hard to buy an item based on pictures and a written description created by someone else and photos that someone else has taken. Please contact me within 3 days of receiving it so I can give you the instructions on returning it for a full refund, including what you pay to ship it back to me. Just be sure that item’s tags, cards, are attached and you contact me within 3 days of your receiving the item. I will gladly refund including the return shipping back to me. You don’t have to ship it with the 3 days, just notify me that you want to return the item for a refund or exchange. Thank you!
Shipping Information:
International Buyers- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office or your local post office to determine if these additional fees will be applied to your orders. I have no way of knowing whether or not a package will be held for custom fees or tariffs when I ship it. We do not have these fees here in the US. If your package is held & you don’t want to pay these fees, please tell your post office to return to sender. Once it comes back to me, I will refund you for the item. The shipping costs paid does not include import or customs fees that your country may incur. I do not have any control over these fees. I have no way of knowing whether a country will incur these fees or charges. These are not shipping costs. I have no way to determine if a package will be held for custom fees/tariffs or not. I have contacted several of the countries that I ship to for more information. They tell me that the decision is solely at the discretion of the receiving country's post. I’ve shipped orders with a value of over $250.00 USD that haven’t been held or charged any custom fees/tariffs when other packages less than $20.00 USD have been held. Some countries have never charged my customers these fees while others are getting worse. If you have any questions on this, please contact your local post office.
Delivery Time Frames:
Please keep in mind that I have no control over how long it takes an order to arrive to any given state or country. For US customers, 1st Class Mail items should arrive with 3-5 days unless you are in a rural area & then it could take an extra day or so. USPS Priority Mail advertises as 2-3-day delivery, but this is not guaranteed, especially during a holiday season or if you live in a rural area. There have been several occasions that orders have arrived the next day. The average shipping time is usually 3 days from the day I ship.
Please note that if your item is held for customs fees/tariffs and you do not go pick it up, it is recorded by eBay as refused and they will not refund you for a package left in customs and not acknowledged. I will gladly accept a return of an order if you don't want to pay the tariffs. But you will need to request your post office to return to sender. I have no way of knowing which packages will be held. It is rare but it does happen. If you file a dispute with eBay or Pay Pal and the item is returned because you did not accept it due to these customs charges, eBay will not refund you. I found this out with a customer who refused to pick up her order and claimed it was lost. All she had to do was ask it be returned to sender and I would have refunded her in full when it came back to me. Postal systems in Canada, France, Germany, Brazil, the UK and Australia and a few others document all packages with customs fees and they are labeled when they return to me as to why they were returned. The United States Postal Service also documents this process from beginning to end.
The USPS will not deem an item lost until 28 business days have past, (weekends and holidays are not included in this time frame). After that they will run a trace on packages reported as lost in transit. The trace can take 48-72 hours to produce results. If the package is deemed lost, I will refund your pay pal account & send you a cancellation request. Some countries are notorious for taking a long time to process a package in customs and release it for delivery. I do not like to ship to these countries for that reason. If you live in one of the countries, please do not take offense. I will still ship there but I want you to be aware that I have no control over a country's customs & how they process international orders.
Tariffs & Taxes:
International Buyers - Please Note: Import duties, taxes and customs fees/charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. I must list the items that you have purchased and their value on the customs form. I list these items at value or what the item cost me as sometimes the items can be bid way over the retail price of the item. I cannot guarantee that your country will not try to impose a tariff or tax on the order. I have no way of knowing what each country's guidelines and regulations are for items entering your country. I have spoken to different posts for different countries but I have not been able to find out any set guidelines for what items will be held for customs fees or tariffs. It is solely at the receiving post office’s discretion as to whether a package will be held for customs fees/tariffs. I do not have any way of knowing which packages will be held or how much the fees will be. Every country is different and has its own guidelines. Please contact your local post for more information. There is nothing I can do to prevent these charges or any way to know when they will be applied. I sincerely appreciate your understanding on this matter.
