We are very proud to be able to offer you natural look blackout fabrics with a colour matching backside coating, that has been awarded the international "Oeko-Tex" certificate which approves that our textiles don't contain any substances that are harmful to humans or the environment.
The "Oeko-Tex" has very strict standards for harmful substances in textiles. Textile dyeing does not use chemicals containing halogens (chlorine, bromine).
The fabrics also have excellent heat resistance and UV resistance, they are elastic and moisture resistant.
One of the main properties of fabrics is sound absorption.
Thanks to these properties, fabrics are well suited for functional window covering systems and mechanisms.

HOW TO ORDER YOUR MADE TO MEASURE BLINDS
1. Select your desired color, choose from the size range your measurements fit within and select the quantity.
2. Checkout and pay for your order.
3. Please email us using the "contact seller" link and provide the following information:
1. Width and Drop of each blind (preferably Width x Drop format in mm or cm).
2. Color of the cassette - white, silver, cream, brown or anthracite grey.
3. Control mechanism side - left or right.
4. Whether the measurement is a window recess measurement or an exact blind size (finished product including the cassette).
If your measurements are recess we will make the blind very slightly smaller (approximately 5mm on each side) to make sure it fits into the recess.
If your measurements are exact please provide the exact width as this will be the width of the whole blind including the cassette - the fabric material is approximately 4 cm narrower.
Example message to send us: " Please make my blind in a size of 140cm wide and 135cm drop, fabric color grey, cassette color brown, control mechanism on the left and measurements are recess."
If you need help choosing your size, please contact us first. Made to measure items take up to 2-3 working days to produce, (this is from the date on which we receive your measurements!).
MEASUREMENT INSTRUCTION FOR ROLLER BLINDS
Decide whether you are going to fit your roller blind inside or outside or the window recess before you take any measurements. You'll be taking Recess measurements if you're fitting inside the window and Exact Blind measurement if you're fitting outside the recess. You are responsible for providing us with accurate measurements.
1. Recess Measurement
Select this option when you would like your roller blind to fit within the window recess.
Recess Width
Take 3 measurements for the width of the window recess as shown in the picture.
Take the smallest of these measurements. This is your recess width.
We will make the necessary deductions for the mechanisms and brackets to ensure the blind operates within the window recess.
Please note that the actual fabric will be approximately 27mm narrower than the recess width.
Recess Drop
Take 3 measurements for the drop of the window recess as shown in the picture.
Take the smallest of these measurements. This is your recess drop.
2. Exact Blind Measurement
Select this option when you would like your roller blind to fit outside the window recess
Exact Blind Width (also known as finished blind width)
Decide how much you wish to overlap the recess at each side. We recommend at least 6 cm each side to minimize as much external light as possible
Take the overall width measurement including the overlap. This is the Exact Blind Width.
Note: This width includes the mechanism of the blind and is not the width of the cloth.
Exact Blind Drop
Decide how much you wish to overlap the recess at the top & bottom. We recommend at least 6 cm at the top if the blind is required to roll up fully above the window recess. Take the overall drop measurement including the overlap. This is your Exact Blind Drop.
DELIVERY
Free delivery on all orders. Items are dispatched within 3 days of placing the order (please allow 4 days if the products were ordered late afternoon on Friday). Please contact us if your order has not arrived within one week and we will be able to trace it.
RETURNS
Made to measure roller blinds are made to order, therefore they are non-refundable / non – returnable.

Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it one or two days after despatch. In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it.
